The Texas Supreme court rules Water Quality Zones unconstitutional. The Zones allow developers to exempt themselves from the city annexation and water quality rules.  

We were in serious, serious trouble if the city did not prevail on this lawsuit. Now we have a much better shot at preserving the things we love about this community.
