The Austin Tomorrow Plan is officially adopted by City Council. While the plan reflects the environmental priorities of the citizen-driven Goals Assembly in writing, converting these ideas into actionable city code would prove more challenging.

The plan is 'not being adhered to as stated,'...the problem is that we don't have the ordinances. Without them, it's just a planning tool, a policy.
